Sandy is a tremendously competent manager with proven skills in numerous areas needed to grow a business. His transparency and fairness give his shareholders enough confidence to allow him to make significant changes in the business. Sandy laid out a strategy, replaced nearly the entire senior management team, while maintaining profitability and growth. Given his ability to mould the new team, and the fact that he had a strategy which gave the new team a road map, he used these assets to expand and solidify the business.
